At Black Bananas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
